Product returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from their date of receipt. We only offer refunds and exchanges on items that are unopened or defective. All products are professionally packaged and shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Transit times are determined by the shipping speed selected by the customer during checkout. Transit time is the time it takes for the product to be received after it leaves our facility.
